A business leader with over 30 years of diverse experience I have led HR & Administration functions, set up and run the country office for a top tier Leadership Development firm, partnered CXOs to enable and deliver business objectives. I am part of the Bajaj Finserv Group since 2016 and have handled key portfolios leading HR, Administration, Leadership Development and learning functions over this period. Being immersed in the incredible growth journey of the Group over this period has been a crucible leadership experience for me. I have partnered with leaders, businesses and teams to enable people practices and deliver business priorities. Prior to my current employment, as Country Manager for Center for Creative Leadership’s (CCL) India office, I was responsible for leading CCL’s efforts in India. 8.5 years at CCL gave me the opportunity to grow a business from the ground up, build a strong team of professionals inside the organization and create a high caliber extended community of associates. Over the years we partnered diverse businesses to deliver high impact leadership development solutions for key leadership levels and critical talent to build strong leadership pipeline & high performance teams. My assignment with the Center preceded the stint with the, Tata Management Training Center (TMTC), Tata Group's corporate learning center, leading key learning interventions at the Group level as also customized learning interventions for some of the Group's businesses. My foray into leadership development arena happened more than 15 years ago when I discovered a passion for it while working with leaders from start up organizations and I have remained in this domain since then.
