I have the privilege of merging my passion for data and technology with a determination to foster business growth and the development of others. I currently lead P&G Global Business Services, an organization that runs or supports many of P&G’s critical business operations and systems. Our extensive global network actively contributes to the dynamic growth, optimal productivity, and scale of solutions to meet the needs of our businesses. As a passionate advocate for inclusion, I take seriously my role in cultivating an environment where equality & inclusion are achievable for all, enabling growth and value for our people, our brands and our partners in communities in which we live and work. Having a workforce that reflects our consumer base is imperative to our ability to understand, serve, and win with all consumers. Outside of my work responsibilities, I have a deep passion for making a difference in the community. I currently serve on the Cincinnati CIO Roundtable – an organization that provides a unique and collegial forum for the IT leaders in our region’s largest organizations. I spend a good deal of my time encouraging young people to venture into the world of STEM (especially information technology) and building non-traditional pipelines into P&G’S STEM IT roles through pipelines such as the P&G reLaunch program, the PG Tech High School internship program, and the Neurodiversity program. In my spare time, I lead an active lifestyle and enjoy spending time with my family – which gives me the energy and the resilience to focus on learning and doing my best every day.
