Arvind Subramanian

Arvind is a multi-sector general management leader with experience spanning business services, technology, industrials, consumer and real estate. Across these categories, he has repeatedly taken on new contexts, built capable leadership teams and delivered strategic and operating impact at scale.He currently serves as Executive Vice President & General Manager at Iron Mountain, leading the India business and overseeing Enterprise Strategy and Incubation globally — with a focus on portfolio strategy, new growth platforms, adjacencies and innovation in operating models. He also serves as an Independent Director on the Board of Axis Bank. Prior to Iron Mountain, Arvind led the Technology, Media & Telecom practice at BCG in India and subsequently held C-suite roles including Managing Director & CEO of a listed company. His experience includes business turnarounds, scaling new revenue pools, strengthening governance and aligning diverse stakeholders through periods of change.Arvind is passionate about roles — executive and board — that sit at the intersection of strategy, growth, leadership development and organisational purpose.
