I am the Founder and current CEO of ResFi.ai, a fintech company focused on giving and implementing high-quality, data-driven financial advice to consumers on their day-to-day cash and borrowing needs leveraging AI and behavioral finance. Our proven algorithms automatically implement advice to help consumers (and small businesses) significantly reduce interest costs, accelerate debt payoff and put our customers onto a sustainable pathway towards towards savings and long-term financial health. I am a former McKinsey Senior partner, deeply seasoned financial services leader, and board director, with more than 30 years of experience advising global financial institutions, scaling businesses, and guiding CEOs and boards through strategy/industry structure, geopolitics, disruptive technologies and risk and regulatory management to drive transformation and significant shareholder value creation. I also serve on the boards and Risk Committees of Pagaya Technologies, Piramal Finance, and advise several fintech and AI companies, including Avantos.ai, Bright Money, MoneySatNav, and NetXD. During my tenure at McKinsey, I co-led the Global Finanical Services Practice, served on the firm’s Shareholders Council (board), and was Chief Transformation Officer for North America. I advised global banks, insurers, payments companies, asset and wealth managers, and corporate and investment banks, and exchanges on strategy, growth, marketing and innovation, technology and digital transformation, organizational change, and risk and regulatory management. My work often centered on the impact of macroeconomic shifts, geopolitics, evolving consumer behavior, disruptive technologies, and emerging regulatory frameworks. I also serve on the Board of the Asia Society, where I chair the Audit & Risk Committee, and on the Board of Visitors of Columbia University’s School of Engineering and Applied Science, where I chair the Finance Committee. I previously served as President and was on the Board of Partnership with Children.
