My career has been defined by transforming complex supply chains into engines of growth and profitability. With a foundation in chemical engineering and finance, I’ve spent my career leading large-scale operational transformations across the food, beverage, and consumer goods industries—turning strategy into measurable results and teams into high-performing organizations. I began my journey at Church & Dwight, where I had the opportunity to lead one of the largest greenfield manufacturing projects in the U.S.—a $170M, 1.1M-square-foot facility delivered ahead of schedule and under budget. That project set the tone for how I lead: simplifying complexity, building strong teams, and applying lean principles to deliver results that last. Over time, I expanded into global operational roles across four continents, redesigning manufacturing and distribution networks to generate over $100M in savings and a 500-basis-point margin improvement. As my career progressed, I evolved from a hands-on operational leader into an end-to-end supply chain strategist. I became focused on connecting procurement, planning, inventory, and logistics into fully integrated operating and financial plans—and discovered a passion for aligning supply chain capabilities directly with business strategy and growth. At Pinnacle Foods (acquired by Conagra), I was brought in to reshape the supply network for high-growth brands like Bird’s Eye and Gardein, supporting aggressive expansion while improving efficiency and reducing logistics costs. Later, as Chief Supply Chain Officer at Del Monte Foods, I led a company-wide transformation that modernized operations and optimized the manufacturing footprint. We consolidated 14 sites into 8, established a Supply Chain Center of Excellence, and deployed digital planning tools that elevated service, collaboration, and financial performance—driving a significant EBITDA improvement. Today, as Chief Supply Chain Officer at The Farmer’s Dog, I’m helping scale a high-growth D2C brand into a fully integrated, data-driven food enterprise. We redesigned the manufacturing and fulfillment network to achieve 85% asset utilization, 99% on-time delivery, and a multi-million-dollar EBITDA lift in just 18 months—while advancing automation, AI-driven planning, and food safety excellence. What drives me is building supply chains that not only perform, but unlock innovation, agility, and resilience. I’m passionate about combining strategic foresight with operational rigor—creating systems, teams, and cultures that thrive long after the transformation is complete.
