With over two decades of banking experience and a passion for driving innovation, sustainability, and ethical culture in the BFSI industry, I am a seasoned executive leader who oversees the strategic and operational aspects of NatWest Markets, a leading global investment bank. As the Executive Director, I am responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of strategic governance, legal and regulatory compliance, and public/government relations of the organization. I also own the Security function, covering both physical and information security, and act as the Chief of Staff and delegate to the CEO. My core competencies include business strategy, risk governance, business analysis, change management, and operational excellence. I have a proven track record of partnering with cross-functional leadership and key decision makers to transform enterprises into businesses with a high focus on governance, security, and internal controls. I hold multiple certifications and awards in the fields of project management, information security, and leadership. I have also undertaken a climate change transformation programme, for key individuals at the University of Edinburgh Business School.
