I lead the Vacation Ownership business 'Club Mahindra' at Mahindra Holidays, one of India's premier hospitality brands. With focus on consumer obsession, digital transformation and brand building, we are crafting a fresh business construct that will redefine the way families experience leisure and travel, while strengthening the brand's legacy of beautiful global properties while driving durable, scalable growth. I have over 25 years of professional experience spanning Auto-Tech, E-commerce, Retail, Hospitality, and FMCG, and have been involved in scaling consumer-tech startups, turning around businesses, and building beloved brands. My career has been marked by a relentless drive for innovation, an ability to craft strategies that resonate with modern consumers, and an unwavering commitment to operational excellence. In my previous role as MD & CEO of Mahindra First Choice Wheels, I led the transformation of India’s largest auto-tech company, pioneering the development of the used vehicle ecosystem and building a sustainable business model in an unorganised, unstructured market. Prior to that, as the founding CEO of Tata CLiQ, I spearheaded the Tata Group's foray into e-commerce, creating one of India's most admired platforms for fashion and luxury. Building a culture of consumer-first mindset, innovation, collaboration and empowerment is an article of faith for me, and I have been fortunate to mentor colleagues who have gone on to take up leadership roles and build businesses across industries.
