Andrés José Tahta

As Managing Director of the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Partner Organization for all of Latin America, Andrés leads the partner ecosystem growth strategy across the region, spanning Commercial, Public Sector, and Startups in +40 countries. Responsible for a business representing +70% of AWS total revenue in LATAM, delivering +50% YoY growth and +200% acceleration in GenAI.Andrés is an executive with +30 years of experience in international business, commercial strategy, and high-performance team leadership across Latin America and the United States. His career spans cloud, public sector, telecommunications, media, retail, and digital content. He has also co-founded and co-invested in several services companies in Argentina and Colombia. In 2025, he was elected President of the Semana de la Ingeniería, organized by the Centro Argentino de Ingenieros, under the theme "AI Now: Transforming Organizations, Leading the Future."Andrés holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and worked as a Senior Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Co.
