During 2017-23, I helped transform the legacy business of Orient Electric, a CK Birla Group company, by strengthening the sales, product, and R&D teams, launching more premium products, investing in brand building, reducing working capital, and enhancing service quality. We achieved 60% revenue growth, 400 basis points increase in margins, and 2.5X market cap increase for the company. I have also been an angel investor for over eight years, supporting young entrepreneurs in consumer goods, edutech, and sustainability sectors.
