And India is our fastest growing market in a USD 30 billion global company.My work spans the full picture: Sales, delivery, operations, P&L. But what I care about most is whether our clients are actually growing because of what we build together.I have worked at this scale for over 30 years. At IBM, I led large, complex outsourcing engagements with Vodafone, Idea Cellular, and Bharti Airtel. Those were not small deals. They were multi-year, multi-tower commitments that required trust on both sides. That experience shapes how I think about client partnerships today.In sectors like BFSI, where the stakes are high and the complexity is real, I have seen what separates transformations that deliver from those that do not. It comes down to how deeply you understand the client's business, and how honestly you engage with the hard parts.NTT DATA carries a principle from its Japanese heritage: Sanpo Yoshi. Good for the seller, good for the buyer, good for society. It means every decision should create value beyond the transaction. I find it is the most useful test for whether we are doing the right thing.Design Thinking is how I approach problems. Stay close to what people actually need.
