Throughout my distinguished 23-year career, I have had the opportunity to take on several exciting and challenging finance, planning & analysis and strategy roles at business unit and Group levels. These roles have given me a wealth of experience and sharpened my leadership, interpersonal, influencing, and analytical skills. My approach to delivery leverages my ability to distil key messages for decision making and build strong working relationships at all levels of the organization. I have managed stakeholders at all levels of the organization, while operating at the heart of marketing and manufacturing assets and in head office roles. I am action oriented, with a strong work ethic and track record of delivery. My passion for people and commitment to servant leadership has been the foundation for building and empowering diverse teams that deliver impressive results amidst change and ambiguity. Over the past five years I have played a key role in developing strategies for bp’s Downstream business and was accountable for developing corporate strategy for energy transition including earnings growth and portfolio management across bp’s Customers & Products (C&P) business group and refining. Most recently, I was accountable for establishing the planning and performance management function across the global C&P business amidst a significant business transformation at bp – I lead this function of 130+ people. My global team is responsible for delivering financial and operational insights to support agile decision making and driving financial performance of each of our business units. At the C&P business group level I am responsible for providing the insights to the EVP and SVP finance of C&P to drive the overall performance of the business.
