Over nearly four decades in global banking technology and operations, I have witnessed every major transformation wave in financial services—from centralization and digitization to platform modernization and AI.Over the last several years, I have led the creation and evolution of IntellectAI as an AI-first organization focused on Wealth Management, Capital Markets, Banking, and Insurance transformation. Long before the current AI hype cycle, we began architecting platforms designed for an AI-native future.Today, I lead IntellectAI’s global strategy across AI-native wealth management, capital markets, and insurance technology, helping institutions move from traditional digital transformation towards agentic and cognitive transformation models powered by AI.With nearly 40 years in global banking technology and operations, including 23 years at Citibank managing Operations and Technology across 55+ international markets, I have led large-scale transformation programs in some of the world’s most demanding banking and financial services environments. At Citibank, I served on the Citigroup Consumer Planning group, the Global Information Technology Council, and the Global Operations Council, alongside several strategic leadership and advisory responsibilities that shaped how I approach technology and operational decisions to achieve business outcomes at scale.These experiences shaped not only my approach to technology and operational transformation, but also my perspective on board governance, enterprise accountability, risk management, and strategic decision-making at scale across regulated financial institutions.My conviction is grounded in decades of experience managing global transformation programs, vendor selection, operational modernization, and strategic technology partnerships: institutions that succeed in the long run choose technology partners who build for where financial services is heading, not where it has been.I am passionate about helping financial institutions move beyond monolithic platforms and embrace agentic AI, intelligent automation, and AI-augmented digital workforces.Over decades, my focus has been on enabling digital transformation across financial services. Today, I believe the next evolution lies in leveraging AI to transform those digital systems into cognitive, adaptive, and continuously learning enterprises. Beyond my executive responsibilities, I actively mentor startups and collaborate with major universities in technology management while advising emerging fintech companies and innovation-led ventures.
