My journey in the field of data management spans over two decades, where I've had the privilege to work with several global organizations, leveraging data as a strategic asset to propel them towards their business goals. In my current role at Takeda, I spearhead the development and execution of an enterprise data strategy focused on ensuring data is AI/GenAI ready. My primary focus is to ensure data integrity, accessibility, and security, which are the cornerstones of effective decision-making and business operations. My team and I optimize and scale a foundation built on a modern data platform, data management and Advanced Analytics/GenAI capabilities. We foster a data driven culture as part of our long term strategy elevating the value of data to drive efficiency, insight and business growth. I have a proven track record in successfully leading data-driven digital transformation projects, implementing advanced analytical solutions, and building empowered teams.
