I am the eternal technology optimist - science and technology for the well-being of people and our planet is what drives me. This is why I work enabling pharmaceutical and Biotech industry and not anywhere else! I am Chief Technology Officer at Cytiva and Pall Life sciences within Danaher Corporation. Cytiva is a global biotechnology company dedicated to improving the lives of people worldwide by transforming scientific and technological innovation into solutions for the benefit of patients. What I dearly love about my job is to foster a flourishing R&D portfolio in Cytiva - even if there might also be hard days in R&D , there is always the contribution of my teams to bring a product closer to patients in need. This is what gives me energy! As a leader, I am passionate about transformation and preparing my teams to embrace the challenges of the future. I am inspired by visualizing the future, of our business and of society. I like to drive change in a holistic manner, seeing cultural transformation and technology as key enablers. And it all starts with us as leaders, as to how we do things, how courageous we are, and how empathic, how engaging and how inspiring. I take joy in embarking into new topics and challenges, I like to learn from my teams and this gives me energy. We spend so many hours at work, so we better enjoy what we do! I’m a true believer in diversity and inclusion, because I enjoy to unleash the power of complementary perspectives, experiences, opinions, ideas - when it happens it is an inspiration and drives performance, phenomenal for the business and for the people.
