I am a result-oriented professional with more than 25 years of experience in Business Transformation (Technology, IT and Digital), Strategic Planning, Business Excellence, Program Management, Needs Assessment and Team Building. My core strength is the Domain Knowledge along with the latest technologies and its applications in real scenarios. My education and experience working with leaders and leading organizations has honed my skills in the area of Program Management, Business Turnaround, Advanced Analytics, Cloud Computing, IoT and IIoT, System Dynamics, Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence and Cognitive Computing. The interest in the state-of-the-art technologies especially in the area of Artificial Intelligence & Cognitive Computing had been instigated quite early in my career which led to pursue Doctoral Research at University of Sydney, Australia. I have published more than 25 articles in journal and conference proceedings in this field. Some of the research outcome is also part of my book “Data Driven Techniques for Advanced Process Monitoring and Supervision: A System Approach”. I feel previledged to have worked with business leaders across the globe in India, China, South Africa, Australia, Singapore, UK, USA and Canada. I always look forward to share my knowledge and industrial learnings. I am a Visiting Faculty at XLRI, Jamshedpur and IIM Sambalpur and VGSOM, IIT Kharagpur mainly teaching Digital Transformation, Artificial Intelligence, Big Data Analytics, Management Information Systems and Machine Learning to Experienced Professionals and MBA students.
