Bobbi Jo Raffetto

Bobbi Jo leads operations for all of Kerry North America’s facilities, based in Beloit, Wisconsin. Kerry, the Taste & Nutrition Company, brings to the table a strong food heritage, delivering trusted, authentic, wholesome ingredients and flavors for great-tasting solutions. After graduating with a degree in Food Science & Technology from the University of Wisconsin River Falls in 1996, Bobbi Jo joined Kerry. Building on a foundation of science, she started her career in one of Kerry’s manufacturing sites focusing on quality and operations. From there, Bobbi Jo progressed at Kerry with roles in Plant Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business Leadership and Sales. With over 25 years of operations and commercial experience, Bobbi Jo currently serves as Kerry’s Senior Vice President of Operations for North America. Her professional passion is rooted in leading and developing early career employees, bringing new and innovative products to market, and engaging with students to energize & encourage them in areas of study that support agriculture.
