Brad Lich

Accomplished Fortune 500 executive with a passion for innovation and transformation. As the EVP and CCO of Eastman Chemical, I have responsibility for our Advanced Materials businesses and our commercial functions including sales, marketing, strategy, supply chain and regions. In this role, I have leadership accountability for our circular platform and am incredibly excited about the opportunity we have to both address the plastic waste crisis and climate change by mainstreaming circularity! During my time at Eastman, I have had the opportunity to lead a number of transformational initiatives including the implementation of a new operating model and the successful integration of several key acquisitions. A key component of our transformation has been the globalization of our organization and with this we have continued to see the power of diversity of thought! I firmly believe inclusion and diversity are not only the right thing to do, but are essential to driving outperformance and innovation. Therefore, I am honored to serve as our executive sponsor for Catalyst (resource group for women) and previously for Equality (resource group for LGBTQ+) Although I have spent most of my career in large companies, I had the pleasure of spending 5 years in the “start-up world” in the early days of B2B e-commerce. This included co-founding an organization and securing funding as well as partnerships with leading Fortune 500 companies. This was a very formative time for me in shaping how I think about and execute new growth platforms as well as a tremendous amount of fun!
