In this capacity, he is a member of the HPEFS Global Leadership Team which is responsible for establishing the strategy and direction of the end-to-end business. He also is a member of the HPEFS Global Investment Committee and HPEFS Global Pricing Committee. Additionally, Brad plays a key leadership role in driving strategic areas of integration across HPE to accelerate business transformation. In this capacity, HPEFS has made key contributions to HPE’s focus on sustainability and become the financial “engine” behind HPE’s successful Greenlake offering. He is focused on shaping HPEFS’s AI strategy as part of HPE’s broader strategic approach to the fast-growing AI market. He joined HP Financial Services in 1998 and held several leadership positions across the business including Marketing and Business Development, Lifecycle Services, Asset Management, Sales, and Managing Director of Americas region. Throughout his career Brad consistently delivered results while transforming the business to address shifts in the market and changing customer needs. A graduate of Carnegie Mellon University, Brad earned an MBA from the Tepper School of Management. Brad currently serves on the Board of Directors for CDS, a Hewlett Packard Enterprise company and an Advisory Board for the Marlboro Township Recreation Department. Outside of work, Brad resides in New Jersey with his wife, three grown children and two dogs. He is an avid runner and a music enthusiast, often energizing HPEFS events with his drumming skills. His passion for sports, music and family drives his personal and professional life.
