As Vice President and Chief Digital Officer at PPG, I lead the company’s digital and AI programs across the enterprise. We focus on building modern differentiated capabilities that accelerate our collaboration with customers, improve R&D cycle time and our product’s performance, and improve workflows to create productivity. We recently launched AI @ PPG as an external ambition to AI @ PPG helps customers accelerate their design and application process, improve coatings operations, and elevate technical support. This fits squarely into our company’s purpose to Protect and Beautify the World. Our team's focus has been on modernizing CRM across the enterprise, improving our customer digital experience, and scaling AI across the enterprise. To do this effectively, I will frequently advise the CEO and Board on long-term digital and AI roadmaps. I love to use my expertise in commercial models, operations, and change management, where I can leverage the latest technology trends to help transform strategic priorities, investments, and capabilities. My experience across strategy, operations, marketing, technology, and digital have helped to build clear priorities, effective teams, a culture of delivering business impact, and development of leaders.
