For over 15 years at Rio Tinto, I’ve driven growth, transformation, and financial discipline across multiple global functions and multibillion-dollar businesses. As CFO for Rio Tinto’s Development and Technology Group and corporate functions, I cover Exploration, Capital Projects, Closure, R&D, Ventures, and Decarbonisation — supporting programs involving over 10,000 people and $5b+ capital spend. I was previously CFO for the Commercial Group’s $60B global sales, $20B+ procurement, and a complex logistics portfolio across 200+ vessels. Earlier, I transformed Rio Tinto’s 1,500+ FTE shared services organisation, managing $4B in payroll and $30B+ in payments across 200+ legal entities.
