As CEO of Mosaic, it’s my responsibility to drive progress toward our critical mission: We help the world grow the food it needs. I'm proud to lead more than 13,000 dedicated professionals who safely and sustainably mine, produce and distribute millions of tonnes of essential crop nutrients to farmers across more than 40 countries each year. My nearly 30-year career at Mosaic and its predecessor company spans engineering, supply chain, and global phosphate and potash operations. I'm inspired by the shared commitment of our employees to be responsible, reliable and future-focused as we individually and collectively deliver on our mission – an imperative that has never been more important. By 2050, the global population will exceed 9 billion people. The challenge isn't just feeding more people – it's increasing food production with fewer resources and lessening environmental impact.
