Bryan Kerr is a professional with over twenty-six years of experience in the healthcare information technology industry with knowledge focused in Epic applications. His breadth of expertise covers twenty years of Epic implementations, IT operational management and assessment, implementation project management, program management, operational support, application build, strategic planning, system integration, organizational and process design/redesign, system selection and Community Connect. Career Highlights:  Interim Associate Vice President of IT and the Epic Project (HealthONE) for UCONN Health. Reorganized IT to support current legacy and Epic post-live. The Epic project was behind due to previous VP’s departure. Bryan was able to get the project back on track  Served as Program Director implementing full Epic Suite at 4 Hospitals and 48 clinics. Worked with CIO and CMIO on design and implementation of new IT Organizational structure to bring the Outpatient Applications/Technical Support and the Inpatient Applications/Technical Support under one umbrella after the Clinics were acquired by the organization  Worked as Epic Program Director & Senior Manager of Technology and Integration at Stanford where he managed an Epic Enterprise Implementation of the full Epic product suite for the Hospital, 32 clinics and 36 outreach lab locations. In addition, worked with CIO, COO, and CMIO on redesigning and implementing the Technical/Applications support structure of the organization  As Chief of IS, Office of USAF Surgeon General he managed all U.S. Air Force Medical IT/IS project resources in support of 77 Air Force Medical Facilities in Asia, Europe and the U.S.
