Worked with CIO and CMIO on design and implementation of new IT Organizational structure to bring the Outpatient Applications/Technical Support and the Inpatient Applications/Technical Support under one umbrella after the Clinics were acquired by the organization Worked as Epic Program Director & Senior Manager of Technology and Integration at Stanford where he managed an Epic Enterprise Implementation of the full Epic product suite for the Hospital, 32 clinics and 36 outreach lab locations. In addition, worked with CIO, COO, and CMIO on redesigning and implementing the Technical/Applications support structure of the organization As Chief of IS, Office of USAF Surgeon General he managed all U.S. Air Force Medical IT/IS project resources in support of 77 Air Force Medical Facilities in Asia, Europe and the U.S.
