As Managing Director & CEO of TransUnion CIBIL, I have the privilege of leading an institution that plays a foundational role in India’s credit ecosystem. Our responsibility goes beyond data we help build trust between consumers, lenders, and businesses, enabling responsible access to credit at scale. Over the last two decades, I have held leadership roles across the BFSI and information services space, gaining a deep understanding of how data, technology, and policy intersect to drive sustainable economic outcomes. At CIBIL, this perspective translates into a strong focus on credit inclusion, data integrity, and innovation that benefits both the ecosystem and the end consumer. My leadership philosophy is simple: be accessible, stay authentic, and remain uncompromising on outcomes. I believe in building high-performing teams through clarity of purpose, empathy, and accountability, and in using storytelling to make complex ideas relatable and actionable.
