I am passionate about finding affordable and sustainable solutions to difficult problems through integrating different perspectives and disciplines.Business development and strategy in agriculture and food are my key focus areas. I oversee new product development initiatives to ensure that rigorous standards are met and that new products contribute to the triple bottom line.I am driven by the pressing needs to improve food security (nationally and globally) and raise farmer incomes. I aim to ensure that Godrej Agrovet does well by providing consumers with high quality products that are safe, effective and sustainable. My leadership goal is to be a gardener for talent and opportunity development within the company. My leadership purpose is to "raise my hand thoughtfully and honestly".I’m proud to have served as COO of the crop care division at a time when it achieved record growth and profitability, as well as being the Managing Director of Astec Lifesciences who spearheaded its turnaround from heavily loss making to EBITDA positive.
