I have been dedicated to talent management, organizational development, and change & culture management for over 20 years. I am currently the Global Chief Human Resources Officer at Ferrovial, where I joined in 2006. My goal is to develop our people and ensure that their capabilities can provide maximum value to the organization. At Ferrovial, I am responsible for driving HR strategies on a global scale, ensuring that our principles of excellence, integration, innovation, collaboration, and respect are embedded in everything we do. Putting people at the heart of the company is how a real company works, and that's what we strive for at Ferrovial. Before joining Ferrovial, I worked in HR and organization consultancy at PWC and IBM. I hold a degree in philosophy from the Complutense University of Madrid, a Master's in HR from CEU San Pablo, and an EMBA from IE Business School, where I was also an associate professor of Organization and HR. With my diverse background and experience, I am committed to driving Ferrovial's HR strategy forward, ensuring that our people are at the forefront of everything we do.
