Over the last 35 years spent in international, multicultural and multi-vendor contexts, I have encountered complex and varied situations within large international groups in 7 different sectors. Within the Information Systems Department, I manage multinational teams of 50 to over 400 people.Through major technological programs, I have acquired a strong expertise in IT infrastructures and organizational transformation. A true ability to mobilize teams gives me a real leadership capacity stimulating progress and change in strategic and innovative initiatives.As global transformation programs leader, I have played during the past 20 years a key role in defining IT strategy, reorganizing teams and implementing service centres in Europe, USA, India and China.
