As Chief Ethics, Compliance & Data Protection Officer at Valeo for over 14 years, I oversee ethics, compliance, and data protection functions, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic goals and commitment to responsible business operations. Reporting directly to the CEO, I contribute to decision-making as a member of the Executive and Risk Committees, while also chairing the Whistleblowing reports Committee. My expertise lies in anti-bribery, antitrust, economic sanctions, privacy law, supply chain compliance risk management, and human rights, including forced labor (UFLPA). As co-founder and former Chairwoman of Le Cercle de la Compliance, I have been an advocate for fostering ethical cultures and advancing compliance practices in France since 2011.
