With over almost two decades of global experience in the financial and tech industries as a strategist, transformation champion, and operational leader, I have enjoyed my experiences across multiple domains in the cyber security field and developed into a dynamic and charismatic presenter and highly engaging leader who is just as comfortable talking to the c-suite as I am talking to individual contributors and interns. I am a change agent, dedicated social advocate and a passionate, results driven cyber security female trailblazer.After initially working in Identity & Access, I quickly moved into management roles within Security Engineering & Operations and then onto leadership roles steering large Security Transformation programs. For the last three years, I've applied my passion for Cyber Security, ability to get things done, and diversity advocacy at Symantec and now NortonLifeLock, a Fortune 500 company. During my time here, I was successful in dramatically and fundamentally changing the internal security team’s make up and influencing a culture of security from within. I'm highly regarded for stakeholder management with an ability to converse with senior technical and business audiences.
