I am the Managing Director at Allianz Partners India, one of the largest assistance companies in the country. I joined Allianz Partners in May 2014 as the Chief Sales Officer, and over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to play a key role in driving our growth in India. With over two decades of professional experience, I am passionate about leadership and business growth. My background includes Banking and Financial Services, Insurance, and Retail. I have had the privilege of leading teams with P&L responsibility for more than 10 years, gaining valuable insights into building strong, sustainable businesses. Before joining Allianz Partners, I spent nearly a decade at Citigroup, focusing on consumer finance and retail lending contributing significantly to business scale up .I have also worked at Perfetti, Arvind Mills, and Netambit, which has helped me develop a diverse skill set and approach to leadership.
