Abdulrahman Al-Fageeh

Eng. Abdulrahman Al-Fageeh is a global leader in the chemical industry, Mr. Al-Fageeh has held many senior executive positions in SABIC in Project Management, Plant Operations, and Corporate & Business Management over the course of more than 35 years. Before assuming his present position, he was successively the Executive Vice President of Petrochemicals, Performance Chemicals and Polymers strategic business units. Other senior positions he held at SABIC include Vice President of the Polyethylene Business Unit and President of Yansab for 6 years. He was also the Chairman of Petrokemya, Sadaf, Ibn Sina, Shrouq, Yanpet, Kemya, SAMAC, SABIC SK Nexlene Company, Gulf Coast Growth Ventures, and SABIC Fujian. Moreover, he was Vice Chairman of the Board of Ibn Zahr, and a board member of Ar-Razi and SABIC Capital B.V. EXTERNAL APPOINTMENTS Mr. Al-Fageeh is the Chairman of both the Gulf Petrochemicals and Chemicals Association (GPCA) and the Saudi Petrochemical Manufacturers Committee. He is also a Board Member of the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu. Additionally, he is an Independent Board Member in the General Authority of Foreign Trade. and a member of the Board of Directors of the Boao Forum for Asia
