As Senior Vice President, Global Operations and Chief Technology Officer for The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, I work at the forefront of the mobility revolution. My team and I are committed to innovation—enhancing Goodyear's core tire products while pioneering advancements beyond tires to shape the future of transportation. With nearly three decades at Goodyear, I have had the opportunity to work both in and at the intersections of innovation, sales & marketing and operations across all Goodyear’s business units. Aided by these experiences, I firmly believe that stepping back and taking a comprehensive business perspective is key to fostering a culture of technological and operational excellence — especially when combined with the curiosity to ask questions. This can lead us to safer, more efficient and sustainable movement. My team will tell you that I am an avid reader and often draw inspiration from articles and books that fuel my curiosity. My favorite books are "Playing to Win" by Lafley and Martin, alongside James Kilt's "Doing What Matters" and “The Effective Executive” by Peter Drucker. I use this forum to share Goodyear news and recognize the wonderful team of Goodyear associates, and I am also happy to share in conversations about mobility, innovation, and the books that inspire me.
