Inspired by the need of patients in the fields of cardiovascular, renal and metabolic diseases, my passion is to collaborate across borders, functions and industries. I love working with people from all over the world looking for solutions which have a positive impact on patients. I am curious to hear best practices and ideas to reimagine healthcare and healthcare systems from across the globe. I want to contribute to better policies in CVD, renal and the metabolic area making healthcare systems more resilient as well as patient and outcome oriented. I believe that a big part of our attention needs to go to non-communicable diseases, improving treatment management starting with early detection, screening, access to innovation and control of applicable risk factors. I am fighting for better outcomes and therefore a better quality of life for patients with cardio-vascular diseases, rare and chronic kidney diseases, metabolic disorders and cancer.
