I am a passionate product development executive, business and innovation leader, with a strong record of delivering breakthrough technologies with successful business results. Currently, I am the SVP and CTO for US Steel. Very proud to be part of a senior leadership team that is transforming US Steel into a tech company that happens to make steel. We are building new assets and technology to make more advanced steel and also deliver on our promise to decarbonise our industry. This is in line with our strategy of "Best steel solutions for people and planet". I lead a great team of talented engineers to drive innovation, product development, as well as to enhance our manufacturing capability. We innovate every day with our customers, to bring new, winning products and processes to market. A variety of roles throughout my career has given me a broad range of experience and knowledge across all facets of business, many of which have been gained at a leadership level. Key achievements include developing and delivering industry-changing technologies and product innovations, leadership of large global teams, organizational change management, company acquisitions, and manufacturing management.
