Executive Overview
I’m honored to serve as president and CEO of Boeing Global Services, leading Boeing’s aerospace services business. This dynamic Services team provides fleet sustainment, distribution, digital capabilities, training, engineering, modifications, and interiors for our global commercial and government customers. Previously, I had the honor to serve as Boeing's inaugural chief sustainability officer, driving the company's approach to aerospace sustainability. Sustainability will always be a personal priority for me and something I will continue to drive forward here at Boeing. Before that, I served as Vice President of Sustainability, Strategy, and Corporate Development, and also led enterprise-wide efforts following the 737 MAX incidents, focusing on engagement, information dissemination, and stakeholder feedback. My 38-year career at Boeing includes roles as Vice President and General Manager of Autonomous Systems, leading the development of autonomous aviation and marine technologies. I've led businesses in integrated missile defense, sensors, signals intelligence, and undersea capabilities. I am interested in advancing the societal value of the aviation industry as a fellow with the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics and the Royal Aeronautical Society. I serve on the University of Illinois Aerospace Engineering Board and am an advocate for women in engineering. I also have the honor to serve on the Bush Institute Advisory Board and the Wolf Trap Foundation Board. With a background in engineering, supply chain management, strategy, sales, program management, operations, and communications, I work to bring a well-rounded perspective to Boeing’s Executive Council.
