View LinkedIn ProfileExecutive Overview
It is my privilege to act as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources officer for Lockheed Martin Corporation, serving a workforce of 122,000 employees in more than 50 countries around the world. While I began my career nearly three decades ago at IBM, I’ve spent the last 25 years working across various Human Resources functions at Lockheed Martin, most recently acting as the vice president of HR for the Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) business area. HR has always been my preferred career field, from my days studying industrial and labor relations at Cornell University, to earning my masters in HR Management from Rutgers. So it’s a great honor to lead this outstanding corporation’s strategy for cultivating talent, building organizational capability, and ensuring we set the standard for transformation, global security and defense technology.
