I love building winning teams at the intersection of physical and digital operations, connecting global events to deliver results regardless of the circumstances, and work with values driven team members. I currently serve as the CSCO at Tractor Supply Company, leading the global supply chain for 2,500 stores serving our incredible team members and customers. The team has grown from $6B in revenue to over $15B, built a digital/mobile first retail operation, and continued to build TSC's 87 year legacy of living our strong culture and values. Spending time with my teammates working on our strategy, identifying and mitigating enterprise-wide risk; especially those where a seamless and uninterrupted supply chain is mission critical and key to unlocking shareholder value, is where I get a ton of satisfaction.
