Conor McNamara

I am an experienced General Manager who has spent the first twenty years of my career in a combination of Consulting, Private Equity, General Management and Sales Leadership roles across Europe, Australia, India and South East Asia. I'm passionate about leading cross functional teams to deliver exceptional outcomes, and have a proven capacity to transform businesses and teams across geographical, functional and cultural boundaries. I pride myself on leaving a legacy grounded in the culture and leadership team that I cultivate, which has resulted in businesses continuing to thrive long after I've transitioned to my next career challenge.  I have recently relocated to Dublin, Ireland to lead the EMEA business for an organization that did not exist when I left these shores 15 years ago. Stripe has been instrumental in streamlining access to online commerce for organizations of all sizes in over 150 countries around the world, and I'm excited to play a role in further accelerating our momentum across EMEA and ultimately contributing to a thriving digital economy.
