At first, I hesitated joining Bechtel back in 1998. I did not know what life would be like working for the top EPC and project management company in the world. It was a big change for my family (wife and four children), and I couldn’t have imagined the incredible journey ahead. The people! The projects! The family adventures! The past 25 years have allowed me to work with the best colleagues and customers in our industry – extraordinary people building amazing projects in all corners of the globe. Nothing compares to the thrill of seeing what teams of hundreds and thousands can do when they pull together to turn a vision into reality and knowing that Bechtel is one of only a few companies in the world that can pull it off! I will share some of that magic here on LinkedIn as I visit our projects, talk with our people, and hear from our customers. I’m also here to listen and learn.
