My career has been shaped by more than 20 years in operations, retail and customer experience—most recently as Senior EVP of Customer, Channel Experiences & Enterprise Services at Best Buy, where I led store and services teams and championed initiatives that grew engagement and loyalty among employees and customers. Throughout my career, I’ve learned that leadership is about listening, doing what you say and creating an environment where people can thrive. That’s the approach I bring to Subway every day.
