Chief Growth Officer for Sigma, a food multi-national leader in processed meats and dairy products in 18 countries around the world, including Mexico, USA, Western Europe, Central and South America. I manage global growth agenda to uncover new revenue streams by identifying, vetting, incubating and scaling new ventures. Role entails leading dedicated, global teams to incubate a portfolio of new businesses and keeping a pulse on future of food to uncover new opportunities. I also lead our Corporate Venture Capital fund and manage our investments and connections with the food start up ecosystem. Prior to Sigma, I was a Managing Director and Partner in BCG's Monterrey, Mexico office. I advised leading corporations in Consumer, Health Care and Industrials space. Expert at leading and mobilizing large scale change across organizations around growth strategy, M&A, post-merger integration, digital transformation, operational efficiency and people & culture. Vast international experience with engagements across 40+ markets in North America, Latin America, Europe and Asia. I hold an MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business; a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from ITESM Monterrey.
