Danni is a seasoned international retail executive with over 20 years of experience across Europe, North America, and Asia. She joined Loblaw, Canada’s largest retailer, in 2025 as EVP & Chief Sourcing Officer. Danni is widely recognised for her ability to lead complex cross-market transformations and build high-performing, purpose-led teams. Prior to Loblaw, Danni served as CEO of 7-Eleven with DFI Retail Group, leading operations across Hong Kong, Macau, South China, and Singapore. She also held senior leadership roles in health & beauty, loyalty, and commercial functions. Prior to this, Danni held senior commercial leadership roles at Southeastern Grocers in the USA, Coles Group in Australia, and Tesco in the UK. Danni holds a First Class degree in Management Studies from the University of Nottingham and recently completed an executive leadership programme at IMD.
