As chief human resources officer, my focus is on making RTX a meaningful place to work for our more than 180,000 employees. I have global responsibility for all HR functions, including talent management, total rewards, employee and labor relations, and the employee experience. My HR team across RTX helps create an environment in which all employees can thrive as we push the limits of science and redefine how we connect and protect our world. I’m proud to serve on the advisory board for Michigan State University’s School of Human Resources and Labor Relations, and on the board of directors for both FIRST®, a global robotics community preparing young people for the future, and NAF, a national nonprofit focused on transforming the high school experience to prepare students for college and career success.
