David Pralong

I am a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company, where I lead the firm’s Transformation practice in North America and globally. I’m passionate about helping organizations deliver lasting improvements in performance and valuation through enterprise-wide transformation. I partner with CEOs, executive teams, and boards to lead end-to-end transformations that strengthen operating models, execution capability, digital and data capabilities, and organizational health, while unlocking sustainable improvements in performance and customer satisfaction. I have led the turnaround of more than 20 large organizations across sectors including telecommunications, banking, mining, and industrials. I also lead independent due diligences for corporate and private owners to identify and deliver full performance potential. Previously, I served as Managing Partner of McKinsey’s New Zealand and Carolinas offices and led the firm’s Global Corporate Strategy service line.
