David Rawlinson II

As President and CEO of QVC Group, Inc., a Fortune 500 company, David leads a select group of six leading retail brands – QVC, HSN, Ballard Designs, Frontgate, Garnet Hill and Grandin Road. QVC Group is a live social shopping company that redefines the shopping experience through video-driven commerce on every screen, from smartphones and tablets to laptops and TVs. In 2024, QVC Group delivered approximately $10 billion in revenue, served 13.5 million customers across six countries, and had thousands of team members worldwide. The retailer reaches more than 200 million homes worldwide via 15 television channels, which are widely available on cable/satellite TV, free over-the-air TV, and FAST and other digital livestreaming TV. QVC Group also reaches millions of customers via its QVC+ and HSN+ streaming experience, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest and the retailer's websites, mobile apps, print catalogs, and in-store destinations. QVC Group, Inc. ranks as number 416 on the 2025 Fortune 500. David’s previous roles include CEO of NielsenIQ, President of Grainger Global Online, and various executive positions with ITT Exelis. Earlier in his career, David was a White House Fellow under President George W. Bush and President Barack Obama and served as Senior Advisor for Economic Policy with the White House National Economic Council for the Obama Administration. David serves on the boards of directors for QVC Group, Inc., Discover Financial Services and NielsenIQ, and is a member of Business Roundtable. David is a graduate of Harvard Business School, University of South Carolina School of Law, and The Citadel.
