Since 2010, Dean has been a leading financial executive as the SVP, Chief Accounting Officer, Corporate Controller and Treasurer (since 2021) for ABM Industries (NYSE: ABM), a Fortune 500 leading provider of facility solutions with revenues in excess of $7.0 billion and among the U.S.'s largest employers with approximately 140,000 employees in 350+ offices throughout the United States and various international locations. ABM has been listed on the NYSE since 1971. Dean is currently responsible for all treasury, accounting, SEC financial reporting and tax activities at ABM. He has previously oversaw ABM's financial planning and analysis group, enterprise service center and its SOX function. Before joining ABM in 2008 as Vice President and Assistant Controller, he was Director of Finance for Reader’s Digest Association. He also served as Senior Manager, Audit and Business Advisory Services for Ernst & Young. Dean holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
