I am proud to lead an organization powered by talented engineers, project professionals, operators and frontline teams who build and operate some of India’s most critical energy infrastructure. At GAIL (India) Limited, our strength lies in our people — their discipline, technical excellence, and unwavering commitment to delivering complex projects safely and efficiently. Over the course of my career, I have had the privilege of working across the full lifecycle of mega refinery, petrochemical and cross-country pipeline projects — from early conceptualization and technology selection to engineering, construction and commissioning. I have led diverse, cross-functional teams in executing large, multi-billion-dollar projects under demanding and challenging conditions, always anchored in collaboration and execution rigor.I have the privilege of leading GAIL’s nationwide teams in advancing the National Gas Grid and strengthening India’s energy infrastructure. I guide the seamless operations and maintenance of our gas processing assets, LPG plants, and an extensive network of over 20,000 kilometers of natural gas and LPG pipelines—driving operational excellence, reliability, and sustainable growth. Our focus remains on building robust infrastructure, enhancing energy efficiency, and reinforcing India’s long-term energy security.My experience includes contributing to landmark global and domestic projects such as the Dangote Refinery & Petrochemical complex in Nigeria, the Polymer Addition Project at GGS Refinery, Bathinda, and the upcoming Mongol Refinery in Mongolia — each reinforcing my belief that strong systems, empowered teams and disciplined project management are the foundations of successful delivery. I am committed to fostering innovation in project execution, strengthening institutional systems, accelerating digital transformation, and nurturing talent across the organization. My leadership philosophy centers on creating strategic clarity, building trust, and empowering teams to perform at their highest potential while shaping resilient, future-ready businesses.
