With over 19 years of work-ex in Professional Services focused on Experience Management and Transformation, I take on role of building a world class organisation and talent experience for Deloitte India based on culture of empathy, trust and high performance aligned with strategic vision and growth ambitions. Prior to current role, I have worked with a cross section of Indian and global clients, helping them shape their Customer Transformation Agenda covering design and implementation of best fit customer operating models, service excellence enablement and digital & AI platforms deployment. With a balance of multi-disciplinary and multi-geography work credentials, my experience spans across 15+ countries, with extensive experience in Australia, APAC and South Africa. I have had the privilege to contribute to various industry thought leaderships and various industry forum panel discussions in Experience Excellence domain. With a passion to bring new age solutions to age old problems, I am working with Design Thinking, Digital & AI teams to build next gen CX and EX initiatives/ solutions
