Devdutta (Sunil) is a seasoned entrepreneur in Information Technology with a career spanning several pioneering ventures. He is passionate about digitization, AI/ML, governance, compliance, and healthcare. His latest venture, Axar Digital Services Pvt Ltd, focuses on Knowledge Management solutions. Axar's flagship products include 'BoardEye', launched in December 2016 for continuous board governance support, and 'InsiderLens', introduced in November 2019 to ensure compliance with SEBI’s Prohibition of Insider Trading (PIT) Regulations, 2015. Axar serves over 250 listed companies and recently launched 'BoardGauge' for board evaluation in December 2023. Upcoming solutions are focused on BRSR and RPT. Sunil's second initiative, Ixsight Technologies Pvt Ltd, specializes in data quality management. Ixsight has become a leader in large database management and analytics, serving major clients including banks, telecom companies, and insurance firms. His entrepreneurial journey began with Spectrum Business Support Ltd in 1986. Spectrum initially focused on bespoke software before transitioning to IP-based software products. Spectrum's notable innovation, 'WordMiner', was one of the world’s first full-text search and retrieval database engines. Leveraging this technology, Spectrum developed 'Jurix' and later 'GrandJurix', an online legal information service with thousands of users, even before the advent of the World Wide Web. Spectrum also collaborated with ISRO for the Gujarat High Court's satellite communication project and worked with top international law firms to draft India's Electronic Commerce Act, 1998.
