For about a decade as CHRO, he has made transformational contributions, notably leading the transition of a family-run enterprise into a professionally managed, future-ready organization. Played a central role in a PE-led sale process through the entire lifecycle culminating into successful integration. His leadership was instrumental in establishing a joint venture that scaled into a large GCC, acquiring complementary businesses & leading integration, incubating a new venture from inception, setting up & scaling business in different countries. Dhiren’s career spans diverse sectors such as Technology (both Tech service provider and product businesses), Pharmaceuticals, Retail, Financial Services and Plantations, giving him a deep appreciation of varied business models and workforce ecosystems.
