As the current CDTO at Diageo, India, I have over 17 years of experience in the CPG domain in both OpCo and GCC roles, leading and delivering innovative solutions across functions and markets. I hold a PGDIM degree from the Indian Institute of Management Mumbai, one of the top business schools in India. In the past, I have led Unilever's Hyperautomation platform, which integrates process mining, BPM, intelligent automation, decision intelligence, and enterprise integration, to help our organization achieve better effectiveness and higher efficiency. Before that I have partnered with Unilever's Supply Chain and Marketing organizations, to co-create and deploy relevant technologies that elevate experience. Moreover, I was a member of Unilever's DEI and talent teams, mentoring future tech leaders and leading campus recruitment and branding activities. I am passionate about driving digital transformation and creating value for the business and the society.
